Code of EthicsEthical business behavior is simply good business. SPS employees are expected to obey the law, act ethically, and promote honest business conduct. Each employee is held to a standard of conduct that encourages responsibility, fairness, honesty, and respect to themselves, the client, and other employees. The way in which we conduct ourselves is equally important to the results we achieve. We must never compromise our integrity to achieve results.
Obeying the law—both its spirit and its letter—is the foundation on which our standards are built. We must respect and obey the laws, rules and regulations of the locations where we operate. We must know and abide by company policy. We must also know and abide by any customer-imposed rules affecting our behavior. Complying with laws, rules, regulations and policies is not our only responsibility. We should always consider what the “right thing to do” is.
